Our teachers are all native-English teachers from the USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, South Africa and Australia. They are experienced teachers trained in our method and love teaching teenagers!
The school system is a good start when it comes to learning English. Unfortunately, it's not equipped to provide kids with many opportunities to speak. Live English has been operating online since 2007. We've recently added Live English Teens group classes to help teenagers who are passionate about English to improve their fluency with a small group and help them practice in a fun and exciting international environment.
To join a class, you need to have a computer with Internet access, a webcam, a microphone and Zoom. We provide all the materials for the lessons.
At Live English, we believe in the principle of full immersion. The classes are 100% in English and focus on speaking while having fun. The lessons are a mix of games, discussions and a grammar review.
The lessons don't require much preparation from the student (less than 10 minutes). Once in a while, a student could be assigned a presentation on a voluntary basis.
