If you’ve sent a message on a weekend or holiday, expect an answer the next working day. Members can also message us directly inside the Member Area for faster routing to your teacher or admin team.

No. The trial lesson is free and lasts 30 minutes with a native English teacher on Zoom (or Microsoft Teams / Google Meet if you prefer). No credit card is needed to book.

A laptop or tablet with a webcam and microphone, and a stable internet connection. Lessons run on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, whichever you prefer. We send the link by email before each lesson.

Yes. When you pay on the website, you fill out the details to have on the invoice. If you need to receive a quote or invoice before payment, please contact us.

Our 1:1 lessons are open to all levels, from A2 to C2. The Live English Club group classes are B1 and above. Not sure where you stand? Take our free English level test.
