How to send a message to my teacher?
You can email your teacher directly from the Member Area.
After you log on, click on the icon with the envelope on the top right and you will see the option to send a message.
You also have access to your Live-English inbox where all the messages from Live-English are gathered (you get a copy to the email address set up in your account).
Please note that sending a message to your teacher about a lesson cancellation will not be taken into account. To see how to cancel a lesson, please check the appropriate topic.
