How is the monthly subscription different from a package?
The monthly subscription is billed each month with no commitment, so you can start small, keep your price locked for 12 months, and cancel anytime. A package is a single payment for 6 months that works out cheaper per lesson and gives you more lessons overall, ideal once you’re settled into a routine.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your monthly plan renews each month and you can cancel whenever you like. There’s no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
What if I don’t use all my lessons in a month?
Nothing goes to waste. Any lessons you don’t use in a month roll over to the next month, so a busy month never means losing lessons you’ve paid for.
How long are the lessons and group sessions?
Individual lessons and group sessions are 30 minutes. You book them at times that suit you.
What is the Study Box?
The Study Box is a library of articles we’ve selected and annotated with key vocabulary and questions. You choose an article and work through it with your teacher.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can move between Membership, Pro and Premium from month to month as your needs change, or switch to a package for better value.
Will my monthly price go up?
No. When you subscribe, your monthly price is locked in for 12 months, even if our prices rise in the meantime. You still keep the flexibility to cancel anytime.
How do I pay?
